Wynter Group is a family-run property business founded by husband and wife team, Lauren and Josh. Alongside our young daughter, Wynter, and miniature Dachshund, Darren, property has become a central part of our family life and long-term vision.
Over the years, we have gained hands-on experience across a range of property projects, including new-build developments, renovation and refurbishment projects, buy-to-let investments, and serviced accommodation. Through these experiences, we have developed a practical understanding of what creates successful property investments and sustainable long-term growth.
Today, we combine our professional backgrounds, property experience, and shared passion for creating quality homes to help investors build wealth through carefully selected opportunities in Leeds and the surrounding areas.
Josh MCIOB
Josh brings 20 years of experience as a Chartered Project Manager. He has been involved in over £1 billion of construction projects, including some of the Yorkshire’s largest and most significant developments at the time. Throughout his career, he has managed teams of up to one hundred personnel, bringing strong leadership, organisation, and project delivery expertise to every project.
Lauren
Combining over 19 years of experience across Project Management, Product Management, and Marketing, Lauren has developed a strong foundation in planning, execution, and delivering results. Combined with a keen eye for detail and design, these skills have translated seamlessly into the property sector.
